What is this "Blessing CEO" about in Nigeria. Why is it trending?

 Blessing CEO is the self-proclaimed name of Blessing Okoro, a Nigerian relationship coach and social media influencer. She has been trending on social media in Nigeria recently after she was arrested and charged with cyber-bullying.

Okoro was arrested on March 30, 2023, after she allegedly posted a video on her Instagram account in which she made defamatory and offensive remarks about the sister of the late Bimbo Ogbonna, wife of auto dealer, IVD. The sister, Folashade Samuels, filed a complaint with the police, and Okoro was subsequently arrested and charged with cyber-bullying, libel, and for exhibiting uncensored movies.

Okoro was granted bail on April 4, 2023, but she has been the subject of much criticism on social media. Some people have accused her of being a bully, while others have defended her right to free speech. The hashtag #FreeBlessingCEO has been trending on Twitter, and there have been calls for the charges against her to be dropped.

The case against Okoro is still ongoing, and it remains to be seen how it will be resolved. However, her arrest and prosecution have sparked a debate about cyber-bullying and free speech in Nigeria.
