The first thing you must get is a software that can help you search less competitive keywords phrases so you can optimize your search engine traffic.
You can also use Google keyword tool to search for keywords with low competition. You should have in mind that am try to make it work for you as simple as possible. No lengthy write up here just follow the instructions and you will get it in no time
It’s free and easy to use. Using keyword tool is really a great help but take note all its data is gathered from previous year. I usually shoot for keyword that has minimal searches, this way there are less competition for such keywords. I mean 50,000 to 1,000,000 searches a month is what I meant for minimal searches. Combine the keywords and put it in Meta tags. You can now use Meta tags generator but the keyword must be inside. This is to have traffic to your site not really to rank high in search engine

Once you are logged into your Adword account as shown below. Fill the keyword or phrase per line, and then enter the website that is related to the content of your website. After that, select the category and click ‘only show ideas closely related to my search terms’
On the left hand side of the web page, you can select broad to give you a broader ideas, exact or phrase depending on what you what to achieve
Make sure you select exact at the left hand side of the page to give the exact keywords that are more relevant to your research
