There are a lot of people who are worried about their skin and that is because it is very oily, feels greasy and just does not look very attractive at all. Treating oily skin does not need to be difficult but it does need to be managed, and this can be done providing the products that you use contain the right ingredients.

You need to be careful what products you are applying to your skin as there are triggers that can exist that can actually make the appearance of oily skin much worse. In order to treat oily skin you need to make sure that you understand it and one of the reasons that you see many teenagers have oily skin is because they are going through puberty. At this time, there are many hormonal changes that are taking place and excess oils on the skin can result in the pores of the skin becoming clogged and therefore this can result in the spots appearing.

There are other factors that are in the equation also and not just hormones. For instance you may have very hot weather where you live and is this case the body will react by producing sweat and oil in order to help keep the skin protected from the intense heat from the sun. But it is this excess oil that is a problem.

A lot of people believe that food is responsible for the creation of oily skin, but this is not true. On the other hand if you diet consists of just fatty foods and nothing else then you are going to experience a body that is unhealthy and this is going to be reflected on the skin.

Your aim if you do have oily skin is to control the amount of oils that the skin is producing but to make sure that you are not making the skin feel dry. If your skin products are making your skin too dry then this will mean that your skin will look and feel flaky and you will notice areas of roughness. The first thing that you need to do is to gently cleanse your skin in order to help remove any debris from the surface of the skin and you should also consider using a deep cleansing face mask that helps to remove grime that is trapped deep within the pores.

Clearly you are going to need a range of skin products that are going to help treat your condition and it is important that you remember two things. The first is to make sure that you use products that are actually oil free and you also need to make sure that anything that you use is also organic. The essential oils contained in organic products will be more effective and have a greater success rate of being able to absorb excess oils without making the skin go dry.

Simple things that you need to do are just to take care of your skin as best as possible, make sure that you are having lots of fruits and fresh water and if you are applying make up then this needs to be removed before you go to sleep at night.

THE CURRENT POLICY ON EDUCATION IN NIGERIA

The need for a national policy on education came about as a result of the 1996 National Curriculum Conference which was attended by a cross-section of Nigerians.
